CDM CO-ORDINATION

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 requires a CDM Co-ordinator to be appointed for certain construction projects.  Our principle consultant is a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety so can offer the services of a CDM Co-orindator to:

 
  • Carry out notification of the project to the HSE.
  • Work with designers to design out hazards.
  • Assist the client to collect pre-construction information.
  • Ensure sufficient communication between duty holders.
  • Develop and deliver a health and safety file.
  • Advice client as necessary.
