CDM CO-ORDINATION

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 requires a CDM Co-ordinator to be appointed for certain construction projects.  Our principle consultant is a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety so can offer the services of a CDM Co-orindator to:

Carry out notification of the project to the HSE. Work with designers to design out hazards. Assist the client to collect pre-construction information. Ensure sufficient communication between duty holders. Develop and deliver a health and safety file. Advice client as necessary.
